We offers a wide range of after-sale system and product support. Remember, the standard manufacturer's warranties cover "in-depot" repair only, meaning you would be responsible for getting the malfunctioning equipment to an authorized service center. In an integrated room environment, this becomes unfeasible.

Additionally, nearly 80% of all trouble calls within the first 90 days of a system are "operational" issues – which would be charged to the customer who does not have a service agreement in place.
